In this workshop, we will teach you the basics of sewing and practice basic skills. Over the 3 hours of instruction, we will cover the basics of seam allowance, how to shop for fabrics, fabric anatomy, fabric cutting & sewing techniques. You even leave with our personal Quick Start Guide to Sewing for your reference at home. You'll walk away with an understanding of how to approach beginner sewing projects, skills learned and a simple item you've sewn! Please arrive a few minutes early to the workshop to get settled and maximize the time together.
